About This Game Fairune Collection includes four games in one package – Fairune, Fairune 2, Fairune Origin and Fairune Blast! Fairune is a retro-styled adventure RPG. Our heroine embarks upon a journey to unlock three mysterious statues and seal away a great evil. Throughout the journey she will need to solve puzzles, fight monsters, discover new weapons and improve her abilities. Fairune 2 brings our heroine back for another perilous quest, this time to find a lost fairy. This sequel delivers a bigger world for those that are ready for the challenge. Fairune Origin offers an intriguing look at the beginnings of the IP. It provides a short but fun adventure and illustrates how SKIPMORE conceptualised the gameplay of the two games that followed. Fairune Blast is an unlockable treat, meanwhile, to offer something completely different. It’s a colourful shoot-em-up and a fun diversion from the main adventures! Features: •Fairune and Fairune 2 have been redesigned for this PC release. •Explore, solve puzzles, level up and fight monsters on your journeys. •Simple controls make it accessible to all players ready for adventure! •Fairune Origin and Fairune Blast bring the game total to 4! •Retro 8-bit style visuals, designed for the modern era. •Perfect for headphones with a catchy chiptune soundtrack. 7aa9394dea Title: Fairune CollectionGenre: Adventure, RPGDeveloper:SKIPMORE, ESQUADRA,inc.Publisher:Flyhigh WorksRelease Date: 16 May, 2018 Fairune Collection Free Download fairune collection price. fairune collection youtube. fairune collection trailer. fairune collection switch review. fairune collection super rare games. fairune collection trailer. fairune collection wikipedia. fairune collection physical. fairune collection ebay. fairune collection youtube. fairune collection metacritic. fairune collection download. fairune collection download. fairune collection switch physical. fairune collection switch. fairune collection nintendo switch. fairune collection gameplay. fairune collection review. fairune collection pc download. fairune collection wikipedia. fairune collection nintendo switch. fairune collection test. fairune collection steam. fairune collection metacritic Nice try but a weak imitation of other ( better ) games. Fairune Collection is, well, a collection of light rpg\/action games. These games are quite simple in their conception but that doesn't mean they aren't fun, addicting and at times a little bit frustrating.Fairune Origin is the simplest and quickest of them all. All the games are more or less straight forward but Origin is really linear and with the least exploration\/difficulty.Fairune 1 has a nice dose of exploration and some secrets to find while Fairune 2 expands on that, with more levels to gain, more rare monsters to find and more maps to explore. The gameplay is rather simple, you start out needing to find a weapon and once you do, you can start attacking (running through) enemies to gain experience and level up. Leveling only really serves the purpose of becoming able to attack stronger monsters without taking too much damage in return as there is a hierarchy and, in Fairune 1 for example, attacking monsters 2 levels higher than you means doing nothing to them and you taking more damage. With the games telling you which monsters to attack at every new level gained, it quickly becomes evident that the combat isn't the primary driver in these games. What I found to be the primary motivation driver to keep going was the exploration of the levels: finding how to reach a certain spot, how to get a certain part of the map to show up, finding the items needed to keep going forward in the exploration and saving the fairies had me going day after day, as I took breaks between my gaming sessions.Fairune 1 took me more than 3 hours to complete, but it could be beat in less than 1, going by the achievements.Fairune 2 took me more than 7 hours to complete, but it could be beat in less than 3, going by the achievements.I don't remember how long Fairune Origin took me, but it was over pretty quickly. This leaves out Fairune Blast...Fairune Blast is the last game in the collection and a game you have to unlock. To unlock it, you have to first beat all the other 3 games.Fairune Blast differs from the other 3 games because it is a vertical shmup. Just like all the other games, it isn't difficult nor long. It offers 3 characters to choose from and there is a worldwide leaderboard.Despite the games not being difficult to grasp and play, I had some frustrating moments where I couldn't find how to progress, which required looking harder for hidden passages in the maps or just asking for help outside of the game. I don't think this is a negative and it made the games fun for me, but I think it is worth noting. For the price asked, how long it took me to complete the games, the kind of entertainment I received from playing them, the charm in the kind of light, nonsense stories the games have, I fully recommend this collection to anyone looking for something fun and not overly difficult but that still requires some attention and brain usage.. TL;DR: Really good puzzle-exploration game with impressive level-design, around 9 hours to clear without going for hard achievements, cute, anything combat related is easy. 8\/10.Great game collection, apparently ported from the 3DS, they are amazing puzzle-exploration games with pixel-style done right.I'd suggest keeping Fairune 2 for last and doing Fairune 1 and Origin in any order beforehand.Music is 8-bit style, i'd say nothing memorable but definitely not annoying and it fits the atmosphere nicely.People not used to the genre may get lost a bit but the level design and the map are so well designed, there is always an hint as to where to go next (didn't need a guide at any point).Exploration is rewarded with secret upgrades that helps A LOT to go through the most annoying part of the game : grinding monsters. The shmups part aren't my cup of tea, but they aren't Touhou level and are pretty forgiving (achievements aside). Not a single crash\/bug, a really clean game.8\/10, I wish it was longer and the combat had more depth to it, but it's an overall good experience. I'm glad I saw it randomly in the middle of all the steam trash. Also, to devs : Add trading cards, you have good arts to put on them and it's a strong selling point on Steam..
